MiriquidiFilm is an award-winning production company that produces documentaries, docu- fiction and fiction for the national and international market for Theatrical and TV and offers a new approach to Multi-Platform Storytelling and User Engagement with its expertise in Cross-Media, Transmedia and Stereoscopic 3D/VR. Since its founding in 2001 MiriquidiFilm built up a strong track record especially with films concerning topics of history, religion and society. Since then over 30 films were produced that have been shown in cinema and broadcasted by e.g. ARD, MDR, BR, SWR, Pro7 and others in Germany as well as abroad.
We combine our long-time experience in the film and TV business with our IT and Gaming Know-how to develop our projects along the new ways of storytelling in the web 2.0 era – we create intimate stories, interactive collaborative and self-exploring experiences.
And we do it for and with the audience – we want our stories to be moving and engaging. So we have a close look to the way and where the audience prefers our story to be received and create innovative storytelling projects from Youtube to Cinema to VR.
We attend, speak at and continue to extend our network at workshops like Insight Out Digital Production in Film & TV, Closing the Gap: Investment for 360° content, WebDox Conference, iDrops DocJam, EuroDoc, EAVE, DIY Days, EPI European Coproductions, MBS Multi Platform Business School 2012, TEDx Future 3.0 Berlin, Greenpeace Games Summit, The Pixel Conference 2012/2013 and The Pixel Lab 2013, Cross Video Days Paris 2014, Entertainment Master Class, Games Developer Conference, Quo Vadis, re:publica and others.
